I will now be rethinking a lot of my lessons for the new generation of students. I always thought as a millenial teacher, I was current on my use of technology and understanding my students, but things have certainly changed in the past 9 years since I started teaching.

Completing the lesson plan review forced me to take the time do to what has been necessary for some time. I am also helping some other teachers in my building alter their viewpoints in understanding today's students and parents. I really enjoyed both books a lot and have recommended them to colleagues and parents.
