I thought this course had a great variety of assignments and was paced out very well! I felt that I gained value from the class, but didn't get too overwhelmed with the onslaught of information.

I really feel as though it will improve my students' ability to focus and it will improve my own well being too.

I really liked the resource repository and our practice and reflection logs. It really helped me develop my own personal practice and helped me begin to think about how I might introduce these practices in my classroom.
