All of the tools were easily applicable to my classroom.

I thought the instructor was great. She was very knowledgable about the content and helped us incorporate these practices at home and at school. She was experienced in this field and it really helped. I thought the mindful practice logs were a great way to track what we were doing on our own, as well as being able to see what everyone else was doing as well.
