
Katie Wagaman

Katie graduated from Kutztown University of PA with a bachelors of science degree in education emphasis in speech-language impaired. Katie obtained a masters of education degree emphasis in speech-language impaired from Bloomsburg University in PA. She also earned her K-12 prinicipal certification from Point Park University. Katie earned her doctoral degree from North Central University .
Katie currently works as a supervisor for the LIU. She has a wide range of diverse experiences with students with disabilities and levels including, but not limited to, intellectual disabilities, Autism, specific learning disabilities, English as a Second Language, and speech or language impairment. Katie believes that all students can learn given a positive learning atmosphere that welcomes exploration and enhances confidence.
Katie is enthusiastic and prepared to contribute her knowledge and help maximize student learning experiences. It is her educational philosophy that learning should be enjoyable and exciting, then learners will want to learn and will look forward to learning.
