Spending time on exploring and creating a lesson plan for the school year.

I'm hoping to incorporate many of these practices into my classroom and help my students be able to focus and destress in order to enhance their academic performance.

The personal practice of mindfulness was extremely beneficial in addition to the mindfulness research repository. The lesson plan was beneficial in that it allowed me to think through how to introduce mindfulness in my classroom, and the sharing mindfulness activity has prepared me to share my learning with my colleagues.

This course was extremely beneficial...both for my personal life and for my classroom.

It will help the STEAM program at my school.
