Coming from a teacher who uses Google Classroom, I appreciated being able to use this LMS throughout the course. It gave me great insight on how the students see the set-up and what works best for them.

Loved learning the importance of vocab, resources to use with my kiddos to help them acquire new vocab, and the professor, Katie Wagaman.

I had some knowledge of Google Classroom already. I was able to learn a few new things to take with me, so the course fulfilled my needs. I really liked the pacing of the course and the ability to work ahead.

I now feel more confident in integrating technology in my classroom.

Truly enjoyed the course. I actually feel like it was practical and that I can utilize the things I've completed with my students this upcoming school year.

I created tools which I will have immediate use for in my classroom teaching and learned about new tech that I will be able to continue to use to create assignments for my students and will share with colleagues.

The instructor was so helpful and shared interesting articles and resources with the class. My goals when signing up for the class were to learn about additional means of incorporating developmentally appropriate tech into my classroom teaching with K-2 students and to learn about new or popular educational apps and sites, particularly in the area of literacy, and I definitely met those goals as I have created assignments and tools I can use immediately!

Well designed course to introduce students to 3D printing

I foresee application of the explored technology to be helpful daily in my instruction and the academic growth and engagement of my students.

I learned about new technology to implement in my classroom. I also revisited familiar applications and considered new and innovative ways to use them in the primary classroom.

This course is highly applicable to daily classroom instruction and independent work time in the primary grades.

At the school where I teach, we have been using Chromebooks for several years, and I initially had reservations about how much I would gain from the course. However, to my delight, the readings and the abundance of resources provided by Layla surpassed my expectations. It reignited my enthusiasm and I am now thrilled with the artifacts I've created, which I can confidently add to my MET portfolio, as well as the materials I've developed for my classroom.

I have learned many ways to integrate 3D printing and the design process into my core subjects.
