Joanne Custer began her educational career 20 years ago as an 8th grade and high school ELA teacher and has served as ELA department chairperson. Presently, she is the coordinator of the School-To-Work Program and previously worked as an instructional/literacy coach and reading specialist at Dauphin County Technical School, a four year comprehensive career and technology center. She earned her Masters of Literacy Education through Penn State University and is certified as a reading specialist and holds a PA Instructional Coaching Endorsement.
