I believe mindful practices in the classroom will create a sense of direction without volatile exchanges. With discipline being an issue in the classroom, the course has given me tools to step back, breathe and to choose a response, instead of reacting. I will be able to share these tools with my students, and expect my classroom to be more collaborative, collective, and yet on a very individual path.K.Z., Social Studies Teacher
