I am more prepared to teach my students about mindfulness because of my experiences with this course. I am also able to relate personal mindfulness activities and my experiences. I liked that each person taking the course had the opportunity to choose what would work for them differentiating learning to meet the needs of a variety of students. In graduate courses that is not often the case and it was great to have that opportunity to choose learning that was meaningful to us personally and that could be professionally carried over to our classroom.C.B., Elementary Teacher

I think this course had a great arch to it, and it was awesome to reflect on what we learned and what we can apply to our daily lives and to our lives as teachers and with our students. Mindfulness has a lot of benefits, and the articles we read will help convince others to buy-in to the ideas included.H.S., Music Teacher
