I loved the structure of this class. I don't think I ever took so much away from a class that I already used in my life and classroom and will continue to in the future.S.H., Language Arts Teacher
I am more prepared to teach my students about mindfulness because of my experiences with this course. I am also able to relate personal mindfulness activities and my experiences. I liked that each person taking the course had the opportunity to choose what would work for them differentiating learning to meet the needs of a variety of students. In graduate courses that is not often the case and it was great to have that opportunity to choose learning that was meaningful to us personally and that could be professionally carried over to our classroom.C.B., Elementary Teacher
My students will be more equipped for stress and chaos of the day.A.S., Elementary Teacher
It was a great introduction to mindfulness with a tremendous amount of resources. I like that while we were looking for strategies to help our students and even bigger part was taking care of ourselves and finding mindful practices that we can personally use.R.A., Special Education Teacher
