Participants will create formative and summative assessments, increase their advocacy efforts and professional development practices, and compare and contrast them to the Best Practices document published by SHAPE America (Society of Health and Physical Educators). The course will pay special attention to infusing technology into the classroom so that teachers can provide more student-centered health education practices.
